In-Store Shopping Update

You can continue to support our business and our incredible employees by shopping with us. Below, we've outlined temporary limitations for visiting our physical store. As always, you can order online for curbside pickup. Please feel free to reach out to us for a personalized virtual consultation regarding any planned purchases.

For online orders, Many bicycle manufacturers are taking extra time to deliver new bikes. There are also shortages industry wide which may limit our ability to deliver bicycles within our normal delivery time. In addition we have been labeled an essential business and are experiencing higher then normal traffic at our stores which may also lead to a delay in processing online orders. While most orders will not be affected we will contact you if we believe there will be a delay.  We thank you for your patience and any questions can be asked at Info@michaelscycles-mn.com or at (952) 447-2453.

Reduced hours of operation 

Whenever possible we encourage you to order online for home delivery or pickup as this can greatly reduce contact in store.

Procedures very by store; 

Prior Lake - Service and sales are being done at the back garage door (on the Franklin trail side of the building), 

we ask that customers remain outside and maintain a 6 ft distance.

Chaska - knock on the back door, (there is a parking lot on the backside of the store) sales and service are being done

outside in the back parking lot, we ask that customers help  us maintain social distancing guidelines  at all times.

Behind Bars - Call or knock on the front door, sales and service will be conducted in the front lot area, 

we ask that customers maintain a 6 ft distance from others that may be waiting.
